About Me: In my spare time I enjoy reading, hiking, biking and running. I regularly compete in 5ks and half marathons with the occasional triathlon. I love going to my son’s baseball games and my daughters dance.
Background: I have a Bachelors in Elementary Education. I also have a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and also Health Psychology.
I have been teaching for 14 years. Throughout those years I have taught 5th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd and even students in China how to speak English.
Why did you choose teaching: I am one of those people that knew since I was in elementary school that I wanted to be a teacher because I always enjoyed my time in school. I enjoy that “ah ha” moment.

Fun Fact: I used to volunteer for a zoo where I got to help train the tigers and the rhinos!
