Coach Weaver enters his 6^th season coaching overall and his 4^th season running the program, which he started at dream City Christian. During Coach Weaver’s six years, he has accumulated an overall record of 184-48. Coach Weaver has coached current NBA stars such as Deandre Ayton, Marvin Bagley II, MarJon Beauchamp, and Shaedon Sharpe over his career. Coach Weaver has sent 100% of his National Team players to NCAA basketball. Prior to his coaching career, Coach Weaver played four years of Division II basketball at Colorado Christian University in the Denver area.

Coach Wright joins the Dream City Christian coaching staff for his first season after a very successful 11 year playing career overseas in Europe (Greece, Italy, Germany, Romania, and the Czech Republic). Prior to his professional career, Derek played his college ball at Division 1 Austin Peay University where he was part of the Ohio Valley Conference championships and is the schools all-time steals leader. In 2019, Derek was inducted into the Austin Peay Basketball Hall of Fame. Coach Wright has also spent time working with the Arizona State University mens basketball team.
